Subscription Charges & Billing
Our Service is offered through tiered subscription plans, each designed to meet different business needs. Plan features and limits—such as the number of users, locations, or advanced functionalities, are defined at the time of subscription and clearly outlined on our pricing page.
By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or annually). Charges will recur automatically at the start of each billing period unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Invoices will be issued for each billing cycle and will reflect your selected plan and any applicable taxes. All payments are due upon receipt. Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Changes

Refunds

Termination
PeasyCore may terminate your access to all or any part of our Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using our Service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
You represent and warrant that, the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it, and the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

PeasyCore trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Service, are trademarks of PeasyCore or PeasyCore licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Service may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of our Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any PeasyCore or third-party trademarks.

PeasyCore has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Translation
These Terms were originally written in English. We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version will control.
